I'm Writing a Short Story

         A few weeks ago I had a dream. This is in no way unusual. I dream often and I dream uniquely. At least I think so. I often find myself repeating themes in dreaming. When I am at home it looks a certain way, almost like it does in reality, just slightly different. When I am out shopping I always go to the same mall. I often find myself in the same warehouse, hiding from someone. I have never flown, I can only hover. I get very excited when I awake and have dreamt something completely new.

         I've had two dreams so far that have turned into stories. And I have even been able to connect dreams from previous years to add plot twists to both of them. Right now I am working on my short story, later I will work on my novel. I feel like I have a unique voice when I write and I want to share my stories.

        The whole point of this blog was to force me to write. I didn't have any story ideas at the time but I knew one day I would like to write stories, and before I could do that I needed practice. Well I've practiced and now I am putting it to use.

My story is about a woman who went out to get a latte and came back with new eyes.
